On Target Ministry was founded in 2006 with the vision and determination to obey 2 Timothy 2:2 - the Missions Model of the 1st and 21st centuries. We are committed to the work of teaching the Bible and training National Pastors overseas, so they can teach others and reach people in their country for Jesus Christ. Dr. Jim Bearss is the President and Founder of On Target Ministry.
