On Target Ministry was founded in 2006
with the determination to obey 2 Timothy
2:2. We are committed to the work of teaching the Bible and training National
Pastors overseas, so they can reach others in their country for Jesus Christ. Dr. Jim Bearss is the President and Founder of On Target Ministry.

Train National Pastors around the World in sound doctrine from the Word of God
- Our Model:
Teach faithful men who will be able to teach others also (see 2 Timothy 2:2)
- Our Vision: Take this model seriously and use it to reach the world for Jesus Christ!
